Who this is
Boundliss Media is the working name of Eric Daft, an independent designer and developer. It is not a company with staff; it is one person and the things he makes.
Boundliss Media also operates Free Image Lab. Where that site names its operator, it means this: Free Image Lab is operated by Eric Daft of Boundliss Media.
What this site collects
There are no accounts here, no forms, no comments, and no advertising. The pages themselves are static files.
The site does measure how it is used. It loads Google Tag Manager, which in turn loads Google Analytics. Between them they record which pages you opened, roughly where in the world you are, what kind of device and browser you used, and which site sent you here. They set cookies in your browser to tell one visit from the next. Google processes all of that on my behalf, under their own terms.
It is there so I can tell whether anything here is read, not to build a profile of you: no advertising is served, nothing is sold to anyone, and nothing is matched against you by name. If you would rather not be counted, any tracker blocker stops it, as does Google's own opt-out add-on — the site works exactly the same either way.
Two small preferences — whether you have the lights on or off, and which time the clock is showing — are kept in your own browser's storage so the site looks the way you left it. They never leave your device and are not readable by anyone else. Clearing your browser data removes them.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google's servers see the request your browser makes for them, including your IP address. Google is the only third party involved in serving this site, through those two things: the fonts and the measurement above.
The host serving these pages keeps ordinary server logs, as every web host does. Links out to other sites — including Free Image Lab — are governed by those sites' own policies, not this one.
